These people are owning their lives and choices.

Idea 2: You’ve got to take 100% personal responsibility to be successful

Personal responsibility is ALL about OWNING your wins and losses – looking at them and saying, ‘yup, I see how I got there’ and then DOING something about it.

Making a pivot – a decisive turn in another direction – to create something new. New choices.

This means you’ve got to reflect back. You’ve got to see what’s been happening and evaluate it and that’s what we do in HARVEST – part of the Seasons of Success.

Idea 3: It can be scary to take control of our money destiny

It can be scary to think that our destiny is in our hands.

Look at them – can they hold it? What support do you need? What new skills do you need?

Are there capacities that you need to develop? Team building that you need to focus on?

What are you here to create? To build?

What is your incredible gift that only you can do?
